Hello, I am Michael Sautter an American living in the Philadelphia area who started following soccer over ten years ago. The beautiful game is not very popular here in the States but I have managed to learn about this wonderful sport and I am able to follow it quite easily.
Focus
This blog will mainly follow the English Premier League (EPL) and the UEFA Champions League. I also keep an eye on Major League Soccer (MLS) and the US Men’s National Team. However I will comment on any match that I watch on TV.
My Resources
I watch a number of soccer matches each week, mainly on Fox Soccer Channel, Gol TV, ESPN, ESPN 2 and ESPN 360. Additionally I listen to several soccer news and talk radio/podcasts each week and I have a newsreader full of soccer news feeds that I read several times a day.
Disclosure
Teams that I like: Arsenal (EPL), Philadelphia Union (MLS), Inter Milan (Serie A) and FC Barcelona (La Liga). Teams that I don’t really care for: Tottenham (EPL), Chelsea (EPL), AC Milan (Serie A) and Real Madrid (La Liga).
